We offer private coaching for ages 14 and up and all levels of ability. We only offer in-person coaching during the summer. During the school year we offer online coaching.
We have now added sprint/speed coaching and will work together to get you in shape to run any race from the 100m to the 1/2 marathon.
We also offer phone or in-person consultations. (simply use the contact form to schedule.)
If you have a small group training for a particular race and need some coaching, let us know!
*We will be happy to offer advice and coaching to high school and college runners, but your coach is your coach and we aren’t a replacement. Some coaches do not offer summertime or vacation running plans, and that’s where we are happy to help!*
in 2013 we are offering 4 different options for private coaching. All coaching options are from July 3 – July 30.
1. Cross country and distance running for high school athletes :: Must be in high school in the 2013-2014 school year. Harriers will gain access to the highest level of coaching for 4 weeks and be equipped with the knowledge and tools for success. Make the 2013 XC season your best. $400 for 4 weeks. Tuition includes :
- $400 for 4 weeks, July 3 – July 30
- Online Daily Running Log Commentary
- Weekly Training Plans
- 4 In-person workouts :: Tuesday night practice at CBA from 7-8:15pm.
- Free admission for runner and parent/guardian to Distance Clinic on July 12
- Bennett Running Sunday long runs through Holmdel Park
- Speed drills
- Stretching instruction
- Strengthening exercises
- Injury prevention tips
- Goal setting
- Race tactics
2. Sprint/Speed Training :: Must be in high school in the 2013-2014 school year. Harriers will get personalized training plans and blueprints for long term success. Focus on speed, power and endurance. We will give athletes tips for maintaining and building upon the speed they gain. $360 for 4 weeks. Tuition includes :

3. General running training :: For post-high-school athletes looking to improve their running. Great for those new to the sport and for those looking to increase their fitness. $400 for 4 weeks. Tuition includes :

- 4 In-person workouts. :: Tuesday night practice at CBA from 6-7pm.
- Free admission to Distance Clinic on July 12

4. Online coaching :: For runners 14 and up who desire coaching but cannot make it to practices or Sunday long runs. All levels welcome. Get personalized running plans and daily feedback from our coaches. Gain access to the best coaching and take your running to new heights. $280 for 4 weeks. Tuition includes :
